Houses Sumava

Enjoy peace, comfort and glorious surroundings with family or friends in Sumava National Park. Two beautiful, brand new design houses are part of a small community called Rajsko situated near the river Otava on the border of Natioanl Park Sumava in Czech Republic.
Houses ere sensitively set into the landscape on its own unfenced croft land of 1.8 ha. Rajsko is about 8 km from old gold mining town Kašperské Hory and 6 km from town Susice.
Houese have an eco-friendly design for minimal energy consumption and low carbon emissions.

Each house consists of two entirely separate identical maisonette apartments, each with a size of 125 m2 + 40 m2 wooden decks.
The oak floors are heated by an eco-friendly energy system.

The kitchen is equipped with all kitchenware, induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher. Due to the low electrical power microwave is available upon request (we will prefer families with children, thank you for understanding). On request we equip suites with cot, chamber pot, dining chair and changing mat.

Overall occupancy is 7 beds, the total capacity of 1 house is 14 beds (up to 4 families). Each luxury suite has its own separate entrance. Suites in the cottage are separated acoustically and visually by a wide central entrance area with a glass roof, seating area and view to the valley of the river Otava.
